With a face made for podcasting I couldn't stay away forever, so I am back this week with more of my honest thoughts on life, all the sarcasms and $hit talking about everything I want. welcome back to your favorite weekly vlogcast that you don't care about. This week on chillin' with Mr. J we make a delicious simple avocado spread recipe to help out that toast. (ours is made with fresh local made bread) I talk about helping out in society these days and talk about a few things that would not be what they are without a lil helpof their own.
